Courtenay & Co was established in 2006 to provide cost-effective commercial litigation based services from offices set in a non CBD family friendly environment. We are a boutique law firm combining extensive professional and industry-based knowledge, with superior litigation skills. Courtenay & Co specialises in providing advice in relation to insurance claims management particularly in areas of arson, fraud and product liability and deals with debt recovery, insolvency, commercial litigation and Family Provision Act claims. We also handle conveyancing and leases, draft Wills, Powers of Attorneyss and Advance Care Directives. All matters at Courtenay & Co fall under the control of either the principal David Courtenay, who has been a litigator for 23 years, or his experienced Associate Tiffany Thomas, with the aim of providing professional service in a timely, cost efficient and honest manner to all of our clients, no matter how big or small.
