Fleck Law Office is a small law firm established by Arnold V. Fleck in 1999. Mr. Fleck is the sole owner and attorney employed by the firm. Mr. Fleck left a large law firm with which he had held partnership and shareholder status and been employed for more than 12 years to establish the Fleck Law Office. Mr. Fleck specializes in civil litigation, practicing in the areas of collections, family law (adoptions, divorce, paternity, spousal support, child custody, child support, child visitation and premarital agreements), insurance claims and personal injury (auto accident, medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death cases). Mr. Fleck also provides real estate, estate planning and probate services. Mr. Fleck has more than 21 years of experience providing legal services in the State of North Dakota.
