Pugh, Lisa R. Attorney

Lisa Pugh is a partner in the business and corporate services practice. Lisa represents a wide variety of corporations and LLCs in connection with tax and corporate matters. She advises public and private corporations on mergers and acquisitions, including taxable and tax-free transactions, as well as related issues such as executive compensation. She works with emerging and established companies on business development and joint ventures. She also is an expert in the tax aspects of public stock and debt offerings, convertible debt, debt securities denominated in various foreign currencies, and debt securities linked to market performance and stock indices. She chairs the firm's benefits committee. Lisa is the president of The Playwrights' Center, an organization supporting playwrights and play-writing. She also serves as co-chair of the Faegre Baker Daniels Women's Forum for Achievement Leadership Council.
